U3A Network Canterbury Incorporated 

There are 18 U3A clubs spread throughout Canterbury, from Timaru to Kaiapoi.  Any U3A club in Canterbury can apply to join the Society.  Over recent years, the Society has held an annual all day seminar with high profile speakers, however the onset of Covid 19 prevented seminars taking place from 2020 onwards.  

The Society recently updated its rules with its stated objectives are to:

• Facilitate the sharing of ideas and information amongst Member Clubs
• Provide advice and guidance to Member Clubs and prospective Member Clubs
• Assist in establishing new Member Clubs
• Undertake projects and initiatives that benefit all Member Clubs and which are beyond the resources of any one Member Club to undertake.
